功能

1. 进料；
2. Filtration: solid-liquid separation under vacuum or pressure;
3. Filter cake flat material: the impeller rotates backward to smooth the cracks on the filter cake surface to avoid short circuit of cleaning solvent along the cracks;
4. Mixing and cleaning: By rotating the spray ball, the cleaning liquid is evenly sprayed in the container, which can realize internal cleaning and material cleaning。The filter cake and cleaning liquid are mixed by lifting the stirring blade to make the material fully washed;
5. Drying: In the vacuum state, the impeller is rotated forward to scrape the cake layer by layer。The equipment heating system uniformly heats the wet filter cake to accelerate the solvent evaporation and fully dry the material;
6. On-line sampling: the material can be sampled and inspected through the sampling valve during the drying process;
7. Side discharge: After drying, the mixing blade rotates forward to scrape and push the material to automatically discharge from the discharge port on the side of the equipment;
8. CIP and SIP。

Product characteristics

• The design and assembly of the equipment are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of national GMP and FDA, fully in line with the requirements of drug production process, and the system is safe, stable and reliable.
• Equipment material is strictly controlled。The parts in direct contact with the material are made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant SUS316L material, PTFE or EPDM sealing material。The filter adopts SUS316L metal sintering mesh to avoid fiber production;
• The inner surface of the equipment in direct contact with the material is smooth, smooth, no dead corners, easy to clean and disinfect;
• The device shall not cause pollution to the environment outside the device, and proper measures shall be taken to prevent dust, leakage, heat insulation, and noise。Fully closed working state, motor, reducer, lifting device stainless steel cover protection, jacket return channel plus insulation felt heat insulation, greatly reduce heat loss and impact on the outside world;
• Strict use of safe and reliable explosion-proof electrical appliances, and with the elimination of static electricity pulley and other safety chain functions, safety devices。
• All pipes of materials, solvents, nitrogen, etc. are designed without dead corners or blind pipes. The surface of the equipment is finely polished by mechanical automatic polishing or point depolishing, and the inner surface of the equipment Ra≤0.4, outer surface Ra≤O.8；
• The mixing shaft and side discharge valve stem are provided with metal bellows for protection;
• Removable rotary cleaning spray ball for online cleaning;
• Dry double mechanical seal, nitrogen protection and cooling, on-line leak detection。
